Shipping within the United States

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside WJORA’s control. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Address changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order enters fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will review the situation and assist where reasonably possible.
